Cancellation Policy

To avoid late cancellation fees, please call (909) 453-3222 or contact us AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. A failure to cancel 24 hours prior or NO SHOW will result in a $25-$250 fee.

Cancellation fees will be automatically charged on your next appointment. Please keep in mind, your appointment time is reserved especially for you; not showing leaves your technician with an empty chair.

Late Policy

We ask that clients please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we may start your service on time. A late arrival may reduce your appointment time, but will be responsible for full payment.  We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible based on our schedule. We cannot guarantee appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.


Perfect Image Medical Spa will have the right to require a $50-$500 deposit to secure an appointment depending on procedure. The deposited amount will be applied to your service. For cancellations 50% of deposit will be reimbursed.  After 6 months, if a treatment package was paid in full but not utilized, a med spa credit will be provided.  If the client does not want to use the med spa services, a restocking fee/penalty up to 35% will apply.
